Literally hours after I posted my latest Wuhan COVID rant, President Trump announced that he tested positive. Prayers and well-wishes of course, we all hope that he recovers, and I have no doubt that he will. Using the stats since the beginning of the crisis, he has a 95% chance of full recovery, and if you toss out the sad results from NY, NJ, and MI in three counties around Detroit due to insane nursing home policies, he has over a 99% chance of recovery. Statistically speaking.
I have no doubt that President Trump will have a complete recovery. He had a mild case to begin with. Melania is even better situated.
I am concerned about so-called positive cases with no symptoms, as apparently Mike Lee, Thom Tillis, Kellyann Conway and Ron Johnson were reported. Now Kayleigh McEnany. Please refer to my previous post. Many, if not most of COVID positive tests are pure bunk. The PRC swab test strips the DNA from the RNA and amplifies it to a factor of one trillion times. The scientist who won a Nobel prize for his research has stated that his procedure was for research only, not for diagnosis. I’m not convinced that supposed asymptomatic cases are cases at all. If you don’t have symptoms, even if you test positive with the PRC swab test, you probably do not have the COVID, and can not spread it.
In other news, there was a debate last week during which Chris Wallace attempted to get Trump to cry “uncle” over white supremacists and the KKK. Which makes zero sense, since both are historically a Democrat thing. Maybe not so strangely, Wallace did not press Biden on ANTIFA and BLM Marxists. He didn’t even ask the question.
Yet, when Trump was being asked this loaded question, Biden jumps in with “Proud Boys” Say it! Say it!
Excuse me for pointing out that there have not been any white supremacist riots. Not one. If there were any, they would have been Democrat white supremacist riots. Instead, we have Democrats denying that Marxist BLM and ANTIFA riots have even happened, while Democrat officials have allowed and even encouraged the rioting, looting and arson which we have all seen for the past six months or more.
I’m sick of the lies being spread about the Wuhan Flu. AKA, COVID SARS2, COVID19.
New data shows that of the over 200,000 deaths in the US attributed to the Corona virus, little more than 12,000 actually died from COVID 19. The other 94% who are listed had 2-3 or more health issues, including auto-immune disorders including cancer patients undergoing chemo therapy, cardio-pulmonary issues, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and other disease. 95% of listed deaths were over the age of 65.
Not only has the number of actual deaths from the COVID been dishonest, last week we learned that fully 90% and probably more of the swab PRC test results actually shows no presence of the live virus. Contrary to previous thought, so-called asymptomatic positives are not contagious, and probably were not infected themselves.
There has been zero outdoor events leading to a new outbreak, and face-masks are mostly worthless. In fact, they can do harm.
I haven’t heard of any instance of the virus being spread from hard surfaces, yet we are spending millions and more “deep-cleaning” public areas. The CDC recently stated the ways that the virus does not spread includes hard surfaces and objects.
Yet we are being told that we need to wear diapers on our face, can not shake hands, and can’t even sing in church. Concerts, sporting events and other public gatherings are strictly a no-no, unless you are mostly peaceful rioter with ANTIFA or BLM.
We should take precautions targeted to our most vulnerable. The rest of us need to go back to living without restriction, we all have such a short time here to live.
Fact 1:The overwhelming majority of people do not have any significant risk of dying from COVID-19.
Fact 2: Protecting the older, at-risk population would have been sufficient to prevent hospital overcrowding, (which it turns out was never a danger anyway).
Fact 3: Total isolation policies, if effective, PREVENT vital herd immunity and, hence, only PROLONG the problem.
Fact 4: People are dying because medical care for other ailments was shut down due to hypothetical COVID-19 fatality projections (that were produced by a guy with a history of massively inflated projections and, predictably, turned out to be total garbage).
Fact 5: We have a clearly defined population at risk who could’ve been better protected by adopting targeted measures.
the CDC provides the best case for ending ongoing lockdowns and restrictions. Over the weekend, the mortality data was updated to show that only 6% of deaths related to COVID-19 occurred without other preexisting conditions. In 94% of cases, those who have died with COVID-19 had between two and three preexisting conditions on average.
It has become policy in many hospitals to test for COVID-19 on admission. Patients coming in with severe chest pain are tested, even if they have no symptoms of the virus. Because of the CARES Act, there are plenty of financial incentives for them to list COVID-19 on a patient’s chart—doing so results in higher levels of reimbursement at a time when hospitals are seeing less traffic due to fear of the virus. Early in the pandemic, some COVID-19 diagnoses were not even confirmed by tests. This led to a large-scale reclassification of deaths in places like New York.
A conversation between President Trump and the newly elected Ukrainian President, who campaigned on ending corruption in Ukraine somehow became an impeachable offense.
When news of the “Whistle-blower” who really wasn’t came out, Trump surprised nearly everyone and released the transcript of the call, which is Classified at minimum, by definition.
I have read the transcript, and although somewhat clunky, it is exactly how I’d want our commander In Chief to interact with another Head of State.
I want to know who will be prosecuted under the Espionage Act for releasing a biased summary of the call.
No matter, Nancy Pelosi, who just months ago stated that impeachment should not be pursued unless there was a clear reason, with bi-partisan support, or else it would tear our country apart allowed a vote yesterday which allowed Adam Schiff to continue to do just that.
The official Impeachment Inquiry vote simply allows Schiff to keep on doing what he has been doing behind closed doors in a SCIF room for viewing classified information, even though none of this testimony is actually classified. He just doesn’t want you or me to see the testimony.
He has no issues with leaking whatever he thinks is detrimental to Trump.
I still haven’t seen any evidence of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” In fact, there has been no mention of a crime of any sort. Clinton actually committed crimes. Nixon was accused of committing crimes by a cover-up before he resigned. Trump? Still no crime, so I guess that Pelosi, Nadler and Shiff will simply invent a crime.
…Once the drug cartels succeed in getting the illegal aliens onto our soil, it’s almost impossible for us to stem the tide. This is not due to logistical limitations but to extra-constitutional lawsuits that create death by a thousand cuts through every aspect of the asylum process. To that end, the Trump administration issued a new guidance through USCIS to finally stop the invasion at our border and turn back most of the bogus asylum seekers
…In comes the USCIS with new guidance to automatically dismiss any “credible fear” assertion at the border that is premised simply on fleeing violence unless there is evidence of government-condoned persecution. Asylum adjudicators will also be required to take into account, as a mitigating factor in true asylum seeking, the fact that these people are crossing illegally at the behest of the cartels rather than requesting entry at the points of entry.
It has been about six months since I caught up my blog, and in that time I’ve had at least a thousand new registered users. Welcome! You will receive this post in your in-box.
So here’s some older stuff that needs posted, I hope you enjoy it.
The fix was in for Hillary. Obama’s plumbers creating leaks. Ventriloquist’s dummies. And the oldest con in the book. This would make a great novella. Or a Marvel Comic™. You just can’t make this stuff up. Obama weaponized our government against political opponents in ways that I’m sure brought a smile to Hugo Chavez and Vlad Putin. Castro would be smiling but he was dead or dying.
In the first months of the Obama Administration they launched the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scheme, with BATF and FBI approval. Once this came to light, and two US Border Patrol agents were killed by cartel types with “walked” guns, and close to 300 Mexicans killed by the cartels in Mexico, Holder refused to cooperate with congress’s oversight function and was held in contempt of Congress. A first for an Attorney General. Holder also has a long sordid past dating back to the Clinton Administration, especially prominent with Clinton’s unjust 12th hour pardons.
Hillary was fully aware of Operation Fast and Furious too. She gave a speech in Mexico City talking about all of the weapons going to Mexico from the US two days before someone at BATF held a press conference bragging about Fast and Furious. She knew that our government was enabling gun-running in an attempt to build support to degrade or eliminate our Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. No doubt.
Then we have the IRS and their slow-walking TEA-Party organizations applications from receiving 501(c)4 approvals, a few applications were 501(c)3. If an application was red-flagged, that is, it might be a conservative organization, so multiple ridiculous questionnaires were sent out, again and again. If it seemed to be a liberal organization, it was simply rubber-stamped “approved”. I wonder how that works? Anything to keep the TEA party from affecting the 2010 mid-terms, and some of these folks were harassed to boot. Sending a message to any donor-types, do not mess with us.
The difference from a 501(c)3, and a 501(c)4 is that contributions to a (c)3 is fully tax-deductible, while contributions to a (c)4 are not. Most of these applicants were asking for 501(c)4 designation. A little off-topic, but Media-Matters is a 501(c)3 non-profit, as is Planned Parenthood. In PP’s case, we are also paying them 500 million or more per year for their works in the budget, so they are getting over twice.
What would it take to claw back the pension of a former President? Shouldn’t we at least find that Eric Holder and Lois Lerner should repay their ill-gotten benefits?
“The OIG is required to notify OPR of the existence and results of any OIG investigation that reflects upon the professional ethics, competence or integrity of a Department attorney. In such cases, OPR will take appropriate action.”
“After an extensive and fair investigation and according to Department of Justice procedure, the Department’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) provided its report on allegations of misconduct by Andrew McCabe to the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR).
The FBI’s OPR then reviewed the report and underlying documents and issued a disciplinary proposal recommending the dismissal of Mr. McCabe. Both the OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions.
The FBI expects every employee to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability. As the OPR proposal stated, ‘all FBI employees know that lacking candor under oath results in dismissal and that our integrity is our brand.’
Pursuant to Department Order 1202, and based on the report of the Inspector General, the findings of the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility, and the recommendation of the Department’s senior career official, I have terminated the employment of Andrew McCabe effective immediately.”
By the way, the Office of Professional Responsibility is the same entity that recommended that Sessions recuse himself from any investigation related to the Russians and Trump, since Sessions campaigned enthusiastically for Trump, due to an appearance of a conflict of interest. Sessions complied and recused himself.
Also, the phrase “lack of candor” is agency-speak for lying. I understand that close to 20 agents have been terminated in the past 12 months for the same infraction, while not under oath.
Andrew was the DAG from the Southern District of New York who led the prosecution of the Blind Sheik during the World Trade Center one attack in the 90s.
It is starting to look like Drudge is now in the tank for Trump too, et tu, Drudge?
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
I guess it’s okay to make ridiculous highly edited assertions about a certain Presidential candidates religion in the heat of the primary.
I don’t recall the press making a huge deal about JFK’s run for POTUS concerning his Catholic faith, although I’m sure there was a lot of uncertainty about our Pres taking orders from the Pope at the time. I also don’t recall a huge amount of press regarding Obama’s Muslim up-bringing. If you think he’s a Christian, you should google (marxist) liberation theology sometime. The right Reverend Wright preached liberation theology, which has little to do with scripture, and a whole lot to do with grievances. He was not a Catholic, but you can learn more about it here and here. Or search it yourself.
On the other hand, Reagan did help to take down the Soviet empire without spending a single shot, along with the Pope, Maggie Thatcher, and German Chancellor Helmut Kohl (who later started a department store in Wisconsin – just kidding!)
So now comes Drudge posting his top story this morning that Ted Cruz is supposedly the blessed anointed one, when the links he provided showed nothing of the sort. I read two of the three links offered, they showed a typical Rafael Cruz appearance. Thankfully, Trump’s cancelled appearance at UIC knocked this pic off of his page.
Far be it for me to attack anyone who holds deeply held religious beliefs. In fact, I think that is a good thing in nearly all cases, radical jihadis excepted.
