Can you imagine the reaction if George Dubbya Bush or Donald Trump would have brought in 15,000 National Guard into our fair capital city? To say nothing of the 25,000 they actually did, while under no threat. It’s all about optics, folks. Pelosi and Schumer believe that anyone who didn’t vote for the senile, perverted, bribed and corrupted Joe “Beau” Biden is a domestic terrorist, especially anyone who thinks that there was major fraud in our election process.
So while anyone who didn’t vote for Biden needs de-programming and re-education, they are probably still racists and worse. Give me a break.

It is a tragedy that the CCP covered up the outbreak for so long and still are not cooperating in any meaningful way with our scientists, which resulted in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths world-wide.
Shutting down our country and the world for that matter for over a month now no longer makes any sense. I’m not sure that it ever has. Now that we have some real data, perhaps some level minds can prevail. At this point, I’m not holding my breath.
The initial hysteria had a lot to due with the fact that the Wuhan Virus was something that we haven’t seen before, accompanied by a researcher in England issuing the Imperial College Model projection which claimed that over 2 million Americans could die if this was unchecked, and close to a million in the UK. Predictions for most other countries in the western world were equally as dire. This guy is a long time expert, the only problem is that every single modeling prediction that he has issued has been wrong. It looks that his initial projections will be off by a factor of 100, maybe more.
How it began may have very well been from an infected researcher at a top level biological facility in Wuhan, China. No one knows that it was from a live bat when the horseshoe bat in question is native 600 miles away from Wuhan, and supposedly they don’t sell bats at that Wuhan wet market.
We first learned of this biological crisis in a nursing home in Washington before anyone knew how it spread or what it was. China and the WHO was saying that it didn’t spread person to person. Direct contact only. Right.
Towards the end of January, President Trump ended all air traffic from China. He was called a racist and worse. Pelsoi encouraged celebrating the Chinese New Year in San Fransisco and Mayor DeBlasio made similar comments in NYC.

Sadly, this crisis seems to have been politicized. See anything that Speaker Pelosi has said about this virus. Most if not all state governors have been more kind, if only to boost up their federal FEMA dollars. NY Gov Cuomo has created a new art form.
Speaking of Cuomo, there is a new MIT study which stated that the virus spread so fast in NYC mostly due to mass transit. The subway, and buses. Duh! Remind me again why I am against subsidizing mass transit.

Instead we are seeing empty hospital beds everywhere, and people needing hip and knee replacements and more are being put off down the road for life and pain-easing surgeries. I want to know who will be prosecuted under the Espionage Act for releasing a biased summary of the call.
No matter, Nancy Pelosi, who just months ago stated that impeachment should not be pursued unless there was a clear reason, with bi-partisan support, or else it would tear our country apart allowed a vote yesterday which allowed Adam Schiff to continue to do just that.
The official Impeachment Inquiry vote simply allows Schiff to keep on doing what he has been doing behind closed doors in a SCIF room for viewing classified information, even though none of this testimony is actually classified. He just doesn’t want you or me to see the testimony.
He has no issues with leaking whatever he thinks is detrimental to Trump.
I still haven’t seen any evidence of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” In fact, there has been no mention of a crime of any sort. Clinton actually committed crimes. Nixon was accused of committing crimes by a cover-up before he resigned. Trump? Still no crime, so I guess that Pelosi, Nadler and Shiff will simply invent a crime.
