Russia Collusion: Hillary Clinton, DNC, & FBI are the Real Stars

The fix was in for Hillary. Obama’s plumbers creating leaks. Ventriloquist’s dummies. And the oldest con in the book. This would make a great novella. Or a Marvel Comic™. You just can’t make this stuff up. Obama weaponized our government against political opponents in ways that I’m sure brought a smile to Hugo Chavez and Vlad Putin. Castro would be smiling but he was dead or dying.

Related, kind of:

NRA-basher Emma Gonzalez (Whose Father Fled Castro’s Gun-outlawing Cuba) Celebrated as Hero by Cuba’s Media – Humberto Fontova

In the first months of the Obama Administration they launched the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scheme, with BATF and FBI approval. Once this came to light, and two US Border Patrol agents were killed by cartel types with “walked” guns, and close to 300 Mexicans killed by the cartels in Mexico, Holder refused to cooperate with congress’s oversight function and was held in contempt of Congress. A first for an Attorney General. Holder also has a long sordid past dating back to the Clinton Administration, especially prominent with Clinton’s unjust 12th hour pardons.

Hillary was fully aware of Operation Fast and Furious too. She gave a speech in Mexico City talking about all of the weapons going to Mexico from the US two days before someone at BATF held a press conference bragging about Fast and Furious. She knew that our government was enabling gun-running in an attempt to build support to degrade or eliminate our Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. No doubt.

Then we have the IRS and their slow-walking TEA-Party organizations applications from receiving 501(c)4 approvals, a few applications were 501(c)3. If an application was red-flagged, that is, it might be a conservative organization, so multiple ridiculous questionnaires were sent out, again and again. If it seemed to be a liberal organization, it was simply rubber-stamped “approved”. I wonder how that works? Anything to keep the TEA party from affecting the 2010 mid-terms, and some of these folks were harassed to boot. Sending a message to any donor-types, do not mess with us.

The difference from a 501(c)3, and a 501(c)4 is that contributions to a (c)3 is fully tax-deductible, while contributions to a (c)4 are not. Most of these applicants were asking for 501(c)4 designation. A little off-topic, but Media-Matters is a 501(c)3 non-profit, as is Planned Parenthood. In PP’s case, we are also paying them 500 million or more per year for their works in the budget, so they are getting over twice.

Chaffetz Asks DOJ Inspector General to Probe Comey Firing

Elijah Cummings seems to have been in complete agreement. This is the expanded probe that led to McCabe’s termination.

James Comey could be in ‘serious trouble’ for an admission he made to Congress last year. See the proof for yourself.

“The OIG is required to notify OPR of the existence and results of any OIG investigation that reflects upon the professional ethics, competence or integrity of a Department attorney. In such cases, OPR will take appropriate action.”

Sessions fires McCabe from FBI

Here is the statement issued by Sessions:

“After an extensive and fair investigation and according to Department of Justice procedure, the Department’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG) provided its report on allegations of misconduct by Andrew McCabe to the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR).

The FBI’s OPR then reviewed the report and underlying documents and issued a disciplinary proposal recommending the dismissal of Mr. McCabe.  Both the OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions.

The FBI expects every employee to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability.  As the OPR proposal stated, ‘all FBI employees know that lacking candor under oath results in dismissal and that our integrity is our brand.’

Pursuant to Department Order 1202, and based on the report of the Inspector General, the findings of the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility, and the recommendation of the Department’s senior career official, I have terminated the employment of Andrew McCabe effective immediately.”

By the way, the Office of Professional Responsibility is the same entity that recommended that Sessions recuse himself from any investigation related to the Russians and Trump, since Sessions campaigned enthusiastically for Trump, due to an appearance of a conflict of interest. Sessions complied and recused himself.

Also, the phrase “lack of candor” is agency-speak for lying. I understand that close to 20 agents have been terminated in the past 12 months for the same infraction, while not under oath.

On Mueller and Manafort

The big Special Prosecutor news this week is that Mueller got a Grand Jury Indictment against Paul Manafort with twelve charges. Most dedicated liberal socialists are jumping for joy. Jumping up and down and clapping can be good exercise for your heart-rate and general well-being, but don’t get too excited just yet.

Here’s an interesting opinion on the legality of the Manafort Indictment, wading through the weeds. Odds are 50-50 that the whole thing gets tossed.

Here are the Serious Problems With Mueller’s Indictment of Paul Manafort | LawNewz

Here’s a question:

>>Tossed due to technicalities or tossed because he did not do what he is accused of?<<

I don’t know what you consider technicalities. I’m glad you asked.

Irregardless of Mueller’s authority, the money laundering beef should be tossed immediately, since money-laundering only applies to ill-gotten criminal monies, like drug dealers or arms dealers. In other words, the money which was “laundered” was obtained illegally to begin with. I’m pretty sure that no one will claim that performing political consulting services is illegal. Especially since the Podesta Group, another political consulting firm started by John and Tony Podesta were performing the exact same services for the exact same client. In fact, Manafort and the Podesta’s were in consultation with each other while advising the Ukrainian client, who happened to be a Russian stooge.

But hey, the money was really good. I noted many months ago that both Manafort and John Podesta filed a foreign agent form back-dated in the same week. And that seems to be another of the charges. You do remember that Podesta was Hillary’s campaign manager during her entire campaign, and also served in the Clinton White House as Chief of Staff don’t you?

It should be telling that the Podesta’s resigned from their own consulting group, and a name change will coming soon, if it hasn’t already.

The “Conspiracy Against the United States” charge is completely trumped up. That charge has only been brought 6 times from what I’ve read, with only one conviction.

The larger issue is with the Special Prosecutor, which if anyone had actually read the piece above, is whether Mueller even has jurisdiction to advance the charges in the Grand Jury Indictment.

To whit:

>> the order appointing Mueller identified the “specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated” as limited to “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump.”<<

None of Mueller’s charges mention the Russian government or the Trump campaign. In fact, the latest date of the Mueller charges were before Trump (or anyone, for that matter) declared that he was running for President. And all simply point to Manafort’s consulting with Ukrainians, exactly as the Podesta Group was doing at the same time.

Massive Russian collusion, but not by Trump

The history of the American left is literally a history of “Russian collusion,” from the major infiltration of Soviet agents into the U.S. government during the Roosevelt and Truman administrations to the pivotal role Soviet disinformation played in turning American public opinion – and ultimately Congress – against the Vietnam War. From subversion of America’s entertainment industry (there were close to 600 communists in Hollywood alone when Reagan stood up to them as head of the Screen Actors Guild) to the awarding of New York Times’ Moscow bureau chief Walter Duranty a Pulitzer Prize for covering up Stalin’s genocidal starvation of 7 million people in Ukraine. From the creation of dozens of communist-front “antiwar” and other groups active in the U.S., to even the infiltration – as Pacepa and Rychlak document in “Disinformation” – of major Christian churches by the KGB.

On Obstruction and Derangement

Welcome to RichTAkes! on Obstructing Justice.

Since Hillary lost the election and Trump won, Democrats everywhere have been determined to undermine his Presidency at every turn. So far, they’ve been very successful by pressuring Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from anything related to Russia, and doing the same to Nunez in the House. Neither was justified, I don’t recall Holder or Lynch recusing themselves over issues where there were obvious conflicts of interest. Holder was held in contempt of the House over Fast and Furious testimony, and Lynch met with Slick Willy Clinton in a plane which no one was supposed to know about on a Saturday last summer, and on the following Monday, FBI Director Comey held a presser in which he laid out a case for prosecution of Hillary over her illegal email server, and then said that no prosecutor would proceed.

The very day after the loss, Hillary and company blamed it on the Russians, obviously, she could not have been to blame. TDS PSA

That claim was a complete hoax from Day One.

Trump’s firing of James Comey was completely justified, even if he totally screwed up the messaging. FBI Directors do not hold Press Conferences about recommending a prosecution or not to the DOJ, and in all fairness, AG Loretta Lynch put Comey in that position by publicly stating that she would defer to his recommendation, (after meeting with Willy on the tarmac) and we all knew that the fix was in. Comey’s ridiculous whiney testimony to the committee the week before his dismissal was reason enough. “What should I do? Reveal, or conceal” Really Comey? It’s not fair is it? I bet you “know your rights” too, don’t cha? I hear crap like that from my kids, I certainly don’t need to hear it from the FBI Director. You’re Fired!

The Russian collusion story line doesn’t seem to be getting much traction, so now the latest Democrat talking point says “Obstruction of Justice” Really? There was an FBI counter-intelligence investigation into the Russian collusion, coordination, or whatever going on at the FBI when Comey was dismissed, and that investigation was not impeded at all. A counter-intelligence investigation is not the same as a criminal investigation. Comey was not “leading” that investigation anymore than he was leading any of the other thousand or more current ongoing FBI investigations at any given time. The counter-intelligence investigation would ask if the Russians “hacked” the election, what did they do, how did they do it, what effects did it have, and how can we take measures to impede those efforts in the future. The truth is, the Russians did not “hack” the election by any reasonable standard.

We now have a new Deputy Attorney General, and he took about three days in office to appoint a “Special Counsel” to investigate all of this nonsense, The problem is, a Special Counsel has all of the same powers as an Independent Prosecutor, even if there is no evidence of any underlying crime. So far there is not any evidence of coordination or collusion, let alone a crime having been committed.

This will take years to complete, and months to even start up at a cost of millions of dollars just for the openers. All because Hillary wanted to blame the Russians for her loss in November.
