CNN, the AP and Fox News does not get to decide who the President-elect is. Biden and Harris claiming said status doesn’t mean a thing.

We have a Constitution for a reason, and none of the bench-marks for President-elect have yet been met, not by a long-shot.

Manufacturing votes with mail-in ballots under the cover of darkness in several Democrat cities and states (NV, AZ, MI, WI, PA, GA, NC) does not an election make. Look for thousands of these votes to be tossed in the next week or two, and don’t be surprised if this lasts into December.

This fraud which has disenfranchised legitimate votes makes Bush v Gore look like child’s-play.

Don’t drink the Kool-Aid. The media does not get to decide the winner of our elections.

The Supreme Court provisionally allowed ballots to be counted if they arrived before Friday, November 6 and were postmarked before election day, November 3rd and ordered late votes to be segregated. When Justice Alito was informed that the state had not segregated the late votes, as required in the Court’s decision, Alito reaffirmed the necessity of enforcing the court order.

Biden currently leads by 37,000 votes in Pennsylvania. The number of late arriving ballots likely far exceeds this total (the state has not published this information). Justice Alito and a Court majority may throw out the late ballots, likely delivering the state to Trump.

This is not exactly correct, the Supremes did not allow mail in votes received after the polls closed on Tuesday to be provisionally counted. The law is clear, each state legislature decides and defines the manner of voting on the first Tuesday in November as clearly stated in Article II of the Constitution. The Democrat Governor in Pennsylvania sued in the PA Supreme Court after the PA legislature declined to amend election law and unilaterally decided to change PA election law unlawfully. The Executive and the Judicial branch in PA have no jurisdiction that entitles them to change state election law unilaterally.

On the FBI Surprise, Surprise!

If Hillary Clinton were anyone other than Hillary Clinton, she would have been in jail over a year ago. The very fact that she conducted business while Secretary of State on her home brewed server is in violation of the Freedom of Information Act, the Records Act, and the Espionage Act. There are at least 16 potential violations, with the counts numbering in the thousands.

What is even worse is the pay for play scheme conducted at the same time for the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the ridiculous “speaking fees” that Bill commanded once Hillary became SoS. His speaking fees amounted to an average of 275k beginning in 2009. A typical speaking fee at that time was around 25 k or so for in demand speakers at legitimate venues.

Exactly one week ago, the FBI and James Comey said that they were re-opening the investigation into Hillary, due to new evidence acquired during their investigation into Anthony Weiner’s sexting issue with a fifteen year old. They seized a lap-top, and behold, it had 650,000 emails featuring Huma Abedin and Hillary Clinton on it. Dick Morris is speculating that said laptop is not Huma’s or Anthony’s at all, it is Hillary’s missing laptop for over two years, and that Huma was simply holding it for safe-keeping in order to document a future book or something. As I recall, that is exactly the same reason why Nixon installed a secret tape recording machine in the Oval Office, and he got ran out of Dodge for erasing 18 minutes of tape, once it was discovered.

The election is next Tuesday, so if you have not voted already, please vote for anyone other than this un-indicted felon.

Lots has been going on, and very little has been going on. Trey Goudy is named Chairman of the Select Committee to investigate Benghazi, The EPA has been asking human subjects to stick their head up a tail-pipe, and the IRS targeting seems to track directly to the White House (to the surprise of virtually no one).

The EPA has also proposed regulating (read: taxing) cow farts. And the FCC has raised the ugly head of Net Neutrality once again. Oh yes, the TEA Party is not dead yet.

Speaking of Fast & Furious, I remember raising my eyebrows when I heard reports of an early Secretary of State speech in Mexico City inn early 2009. She said, “Our insatiable demand for illegal drugs fuels the drug trade,” Mrs. Clinton said, using unusually blunt language. “Our inability to prevent weapons from being illegally smuggled across the border to arm these criminals causes the deaths of police officers, soldiers and civilians.”

Besides the obvious, which is, if we controlled our borders this wouldn’t be happening, my second thought was that legal semi-automatic firearms sold in the US would not be at the top of any drug cartel’s wish list. Much better would be Mac10s, Uzzis, and AK47s from black market sources, which would also be cheaper than US AR-15s when purchased in bulk.

Judging by her statements in Mexico City, Hillary must have been in the loop on fast & Furious as well. No other logical conclusion can be reached.

The Obama administration announces on March 24 that Project Gunrunner will be expanding: “March 24, 2009: David Ogden, deputy attorney general at the time, stated, “The president has directed us to take action to fight these cartels and Attorney General Eric Holder and I are taking several new and aggressive steps as part of the administration’s comprehensive plan.””
